Choosing a career is one of the most important choices you can make, and because of that, it's very hard to do so. So here are some tips for deciding!
Career Quiz O'Net is run by one of the departments of the US government. The information is very good, and they have a short "quiz" you can take, which takes the skills you have and tells you what careers match up well with them. Out of those jobs, it tells you which ones have a bright outlook (which means they're growing quickly and will be easier to find jobs in), how much education you need, and what kind of money you can expect to make. The job descriptions are really detailed, so don't get overwhelmed - they go over the important parts (salary and education) at the bottom, so you can just skip to that.
Jobs You Can Get Without a Degree It's not always easy finding a job without a degree beyond college, so finding a good paying job that you can get with your high school degree help make your choice for you. Here are some jobs you don't need a degree for (although for almost all of them, you will need some training).
